Last year I went to Cyprus to spend my vacations along with my three friends. We decided to go to Cyprus after searching for the various holiday destinations on net. It is a really lovely place. We had our stay at the larnaca resort of Cyprus. It was a wonderful holiday resort. There were so many sites that we visited there. Many of them belonged to ancient times. We also visited the stavrovouni monastery of Cyprus. It was very good. In fact it is the oldest monastery of Cyprus. But it is a notable fact that females are not allowed in this monastery. We also had a great fun at the three beaches of larnaca. These beaches are really beautiful and the water is crystal clear.
We had a great fun enjoying our dive in the sea. Since all of us had got the padi certificates so we arranged for a dive to the zenobia. It is a very famous shipwreck. It was marvelous and really very beautiful. We enjoyed our dive a lot. We also enjoyed a sun bath at these beach resorts. The people here are very friendly. We also had a great shopping. Things are cheaper here in comparison to UK. I purchased lots of gifts for my family and friends. My holidays to the Cyprus Island were really very enjoyable. And I will definitely come the next time I get the opportunity. But next time I will explore some other resort of Cyprus.
